The cut of dough is carried out by manual control. All surface in touch with dough are in stainless steel ot teflon. Dies are easily interchangeable with the only intervention on two knobs. The assembling system on the trolley has been studied as to obtain a minimum volume of space in rest position (photo A). In addition to the die supplied on delivery (to be stated when ordering) various models are available by request : Mod. C from 4 to 24mm diameter. Mod. B (for biscuits) having a thickness 3 to 12 mm - Mod. S (for rolled pasta dough) having a thickness 3 to 12 mm
