The FR 3C moulder has been designed to roll out and form rolls of bread dough using the same machine by means of a simple manual operation. It is made of duralumin and steel. The 500 mm long cylinders are ground and thickly chromium plated. The elegant and solid FR 3C uses a pair of excellent-quality felt mats. A return system for the rolled pieces allows the product to be brought back to the front plate and passed through the cylinders again. An appropriate control stops the upper felt mat to allow small amounts of dough to be rolled.
